GeriAnne Simmons, Office ManagerGeriAnne is a third generation Watsonville native. As Office Manager of PVHA, she is responsible for the daily operations of our non-profit organization. GeriAnne enjoys working with our Board of Directors as well as our Archive Coordinator and volunteers in making sure we provide the necessary services that our members and visitors request of us. Learning and sharing local history is a passion for her and she is grateful for the opportunity to do so with PVHA. She enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, of 29 years, and their three grown children. She currently serves as 1st Vice-President with the American Legion Auxiliary, District #28 for the State of California, as well as a volunteer with many other local organizations and school district.Reach me at pvhahistory@cruzio.com
Regan Huerta, Archive CoordinatorRegan begin working in the PVHA archives assisting Jane Borg in 2000. She shares in the responsibility of preservation, organization, and retrieval of historic items and information belonging to PVHA. She manages the archive volunteers, helping to set goals and create policy and procedure. She truly enjoys helping people with their family and local history research. She has a certificate in Library Information and Technology from Foothill College and is finishing her certificate in Family History at MPC. Her hobbies are genealogy and local history. She has also enjoyed working at the reference desk at the Gilroy Library since 2000. Regan and her husband John grew up in Aromas and have raised their five children there.
