Emmanuel Brion, Office Manager

Emmanuel is originally from Glendora, CA and moved to Santa Cruz County in 2004.  As Office Manager of PVHA, he is responsible for the daily operations of our non-profit organization.  Emmanuel began his involvement with PVHA though volunteering with his wife.  He enjoys and appreciates learning about the rich history of the Pajaro Valley and is grateful for the opportunity to do so with PVHA.  Emmanuel earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Whittier College and Paralegal Certification from UCLA.  He enjoys sports, playing the piano and guitar and traveling with his wife.

Regan Huerta, Archive Coordinator

Regan begin working in the PVHA archives assisting Jane Borg in 2000. She now oversees the preservation, organization, and retrieval of historic items and information in the PVHA archives. She manages the archive volunteers, helping to set goals and create policy and procedure. She truly enjoys helping people with their family and local history research. She has been trained in Library Science, Information Technology, Local History and Family History. Her hobbies are genealogy and local history.
She has also enjoyed working at the reference desk at the Gilroy Library since 2000. Regan and her husband John grew up in Aromas and have raised their five children there
